Refund Policy

At HAULERLY, we are committed to the quality and value of our digital products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

Our digital products, by nature, differ from physical goods and cannot be returned in the same manner once they've been accessed. We acknowledge that, despite losing access upon a refund, customers may retain the knowledge gained from our materials.

We believe in fairness and will offer a refund if a request is made within 24 hours after the order is completed and the download link for the product is sent out. Refund requests made beyond the 24-hour window will be deemed final and non-refundable.

This 24-hour period allows you to assess the product's value. Remember that as a HAULERLY member, you'll receive ongoing updates and new features, adding to the product's value over time. Additionally, we find that most refund requests are resolved to the customer's satisfaction once we address any issues or concerns. We encourage you to reach out to us with any feedback or concerns about the program, and we will do our utmost to resolve them.

If you still feel that our product is not the right fit, we respect your decision and will process your refund according to our policy.
